Outdoors 4 Less Return Policy

All items are fully warranted by OUTDOORS 4 LESS for period of 14 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated. OUTDOORS 4 LESS will replace or refund at our discretion. If the product seems to be defective or missing a part, we usually suggest contacting the manufacture direct. All our manufacturers have been very good as far as taking care of our customers. Please report if there is a problem.
If wrong item was sent or if it was damaged in shipping please contact us for return authorization # (RA#). This # must appear on all shipments that are returned. Item will most likely have to be shipped to our warehouse direct, not Sales office.

When shipping items back, merchandise should be securely packed and insured for full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. We will refund shipping cost 100% if we find us at fault. We will NOT pay for upgraded shipping, so please ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority, or a similar service.
Warranty is VOID if product was taken apart or software has been altered. Returned items must have no signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

If you just simply don't want item received or wrong size was purchased by your mistake item may be subject to 15% restocking fee and no refund for shipping.
