WARRANTY/RETURNS

All items are fully warranted by OUTDOORS 4 LESS for period of 14 days from the date of shipment unless otherwise stated. OUTDOORS 4 LESS will replace or refund at our discretion. If a product seems to be defective or missing a part, we usually suggest contacting the manufacturer direct to save everyone time. All our manufacturers have been very good as far as taking care of our customers. Please report if there is a problem.

If wrong item was sent or if it was damaged in shipping please contact us for return authorization # (RA#). This # must appear on all shipments that are returned. Item will most likely have to be shipped to our warehouse direct, not Sales office. To obtain RA# please call 815-582-3557 or email .

When shipping items back, merchandise should be securely packed and insured for full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. We will refund shipping cost 100% if we find us at fault. We will NOT pay for upgraded shipping, so please ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority or a similar service.

Warranty is VOID if product was taken apart or software has been altered. Returned items must have no signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

If you just simply don't want item received or wrong size was purchased by your mistake there will be 15% restocking fee and no refund for shipping. So refund will be for items original price - 15%, less shipping you paid.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. We prefer PAYPAL, cashiers check or money order.

For international orders NO credit cards are accepted, ONLY PAYPAL. Also if you have never purchased from us before, please email 1st. You will most likely have to use Postal money order or Wire Transfer (extra $10). We will also accept Western Union payments.

NO APO/FPO shipping

We ship daily Monday-Friday.Packages going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico usually cost more to ship.

We can not ship to PO Boxes our heavy items, so please provide Physical address with your order to avoid delays in shipping.

Domestic orders will ship UPS or USPS Priority. Very seldom do we use other carriers. Shipping charges are responsibility of the buyer unless item is promoted ship FREE. All items will be shipped 1-3 business days after payment is received.

INTERNATIONAL:

Most items are available for international shipping, so please email us with questions. For international orders Outdoors 4 Less will provide shipping quote at your request. USPS is our #1 choice for international orders.

All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are responsibility of the buyer. Those fees are assessed by your respective government and are no way controlled by Outdoors 4 Less. In order to obtain information regarding those fees, please contact your local customs office.
